Product and mold designs are being designed with Solidworks program by our professional teammates.

 

We have all the machines that may be needed in our mold production facility. The investments we have made so far in machine technologies have always carried our company forward. Kaya Mold and Plastic has equipped all its machines according to the latest technology in order to get rigid and precise results from its machines, and has combined technology with its experienced and professional R&D department. Consequently, it has achieved high norms in product quality and dynamic work finishing skills. Our molding department uses technologies such as Hypermill, Mastercam, Solidworks Premium and Flow analysis program Solidworks Plastics in the design and manufacturing phase in order to increase the production life of the mold and to create economical and fast production possibilities. The molds that we manufacture and the various products that we are considering to be made can be designed from scratch by us and a complete project can be undertaken according to the needs.
